Will a 10 yr-old DUI show up on an employer criminal check?

My DUI was just a misdemeanor from 10 years ago. And, other than one “illegal turn”, my record is perfectly clean the last 10 years. I was wondering if a DUI from that long ago would show up on a criminal check; I figure it would be on my police record. But would an outside party be able to find that information?
